The need is everywhere.
Send someone prepared.
Hospitals. Prisons. Streets. Nursing homes. Crisis. Hunger. Grief. Chaplaincy trains ordinary Christians to carry extraordinary presence into places where a church building cannot.

Ministry does not end at the church door.
Some people are called to preach from a pulpit. Others are called to sit beside a hospital bed, walk into a prison, pray with a grieving family, feed someone who is hungry, or stand beside a person in crisis.
Presence is ministry.
Matthew 25:35–40 places care for the hungry, stranger, sick, and imprisoned squarely inside the life of discipleship. Chaplaincy gives people practical preparation for entering those spaces with wisdom, compassion, accountability, and the Gospel.
Called is not the same as prepared.
Ignite lists a 20-hour CTI training program; see Ignite for the current schedule and details. BridgeBuilder founder Chris Cahill knows Pastor Bobby personally as Bobby Everhart.
Calling starts the journey. Training strengthens the servant.
Rebuild. Restore. Renew.
Ignite’s public vision is rooted in Isaiah 61: rebuilding lives, restoring people who have been wounded, and renewing hope. Its current ministries include evangelism and outreach, prayer, food ministry, counseling-related care, Unchained correctional/community ministry, and chaplaincy certification.
Train people. Send people. Love people.
Sometimes the bridge is a person.
BridgeBuilder supports ministries doing the work. But we also want to support people who feel called to become part of that work. Chaplaincy can give a willing Christian a practical pathway from “I want to help” to “I know how to show up.”
This is not about creating celebrity ministers. It is about preparing dependable servants.
Less platform. More presence.
Feel called?
Get prepared.
The harvest is plentiful. Show up ready.
Luke 10:2 reminds us that the need for workers is real. If chaplaincy, outreach, prison ministry, crisis care, or community service may be part of your calling, start by learning what the training requires.
