OUR NEXT CHAPTER / A MINISTRY HELPING MINISTRIES

Good work
deserves
to be seen.

Faith, hope, and love. In unity.
To the glory of God.

Some ministries have a powerful story and almost no marketing budget. We want to help their witness of love reach more people.

Bridge Builder is becoming a platform that spotlights small-budget Christian ministries for 90 days—helping people see the need, meet the people doing the work, and find a meaningful way to help.

We bring storytelling, creative support, and a clear invitation to act. The ministry’s people, relationships, and work stay at the center.

HOW WE ARE BUILDING THIS

A business built
to keep the
mission moving.

Bridge Builder is a for-profit, mission-driven business. “A ministry helping ministries” describes our purpose; it is not a claim of nonprofit status.

Chris funds the tools, research, hosting, security, and marketing behind the work. We don’t bill ministries for our spotlight and marketing work.

Our intention is to reinvest any Bridge Builder business earnings after costs into more ministry campaigns, stronger stories, advertising, and support for the team serving these ministries. Some future campaigns may help cover costs; others may be an investment we choose to make in the Kingdom.

Like a pebble in the pond, we want each story to send practical kindness farther than its starting point.

People lead.
Technology supports.

Chris leads an all-volunteer human team with one full-time client relationship volunteer and two to three part-time volunteers. Our amazing team of nine AI assistants helps with research, writing, design, and coordination.

Our volunteers guide relationships and review the work. Chris retains responsibility for decisions and approval of what is published. Listening, trust, and human judgment remain part of the work.

How giving works today: our current ministry-giving links lead to the recipient’s official giving destination. Bridge Builder does not process those gifts. Recipient donations are separate from our business revenue. The platform’s broader funding model is still being developed.

OUR STORY · THE PERSON BEHIND THE BRIDGE

Pastor heart.
Marine backbone.
Room for questions.

I’m Chris. I take Scripture seriously. I take people seriously. And I’m suspicious of any faith that never gets its hands dirty.

We can wrestle with theology without wrestling each other to the ground. We can hold convictions and still admit that none of us has the whole picture.

So bring the questions. Leave room for humility. Then let’s put Christ’s love to work.

Why we build bridges ↓Find your part →

I’m a natural connector. Bridge Builder gives that instinct a purpose: connecting people for His glory.

I’m also a worship drummer who has played with many bands. My books, articles, and AI music recordings carry another part of my voice: faith, honest questions, and hope through life’s different seasons.

CONVICTION THAT MOVES TOWARD PEOPLE

Why we
build bridges.

The person across the divide is still a person worth loving.

Across a church aisle. Across a hard conversation. Across the distance between having enough and needing a hand. A bridge begins when someone decides that the person on the other side matters.

Our faith gives us a reason to move toward people—with honesty, humility, and the kind of kindness that does something. That is the work behind the words, the music, the questions, and the causes you find here.

WISDOM

Ask a better question.

Take Scripture seriously. Stay curious about what you may have missed. Leave enough room at the table to learn from someone else.

UNITY

Hold firm. Reach across.

Conviction and compassion can share the same backbone. We can disagree honestly and still refuse to make enemies of each other.

GRACE

Put kindness to work.

A patient hour. A practical skill. A meal. A reading lesson. Love becomes easier to recognize when someone can point to what it did.

Provoke the question. Lower the temperature. Build the bridge.

SOMEBODY HAS TO PICK UP A TOOL

Bridges don’t
build themselves.

Good intentions need somewhere to go.

A child struggling to read. A neighbor looking for food. A family trying to find stable housing. Someone who needs a trained, caring person to walk beside them.

Local organizations are already showing up for people like these. They bring the care and experience. You may bring the next few hours, a useful skill, or support that helps the work continue.

Bridge Builder helps you see the need, meet the people doing the work, and find a next step you can actually take. The glory belongs to Christ. We’re grateful to have a part.

See the need.

Meet the people doing the work and understand who they serve.

Find your fit.

Bring time, treasure, or talent. The ministry confirms what is useful.

Raise a hand.

Choose a cause and take a next step. Ask Bridge Builder to help make the connection.

In 1 John 3:16–18, Christ’s self-giving love leads to a practical challenge: respond when a brother or sister is in need, with action and truth. That is the faith we want to put to work.

THE NEED IS REAL / THE NUMBERS HAVE ADDRESSES

Good intentions.
Meet real life.

These figures describe community need—not outcomes produced by Bridge Builder. Someone is already doing the work. We can help you find them.

PEOPLE. PURPOSE. PROGRESS.

Tell the truth.
Give the credit away.

We want to tell the stories of what happens when somebody notices a need and says yes. Not turn people into props. Not call a click a changed life.

Verified stories, with permission, will show the need, the bridge, what changed and what we learned. The people and ministries doing the work stay at the center.

QUESTIONS ARE NOT THE ENEMY OF FAITH

Bring your questions.
Leave the boxing gloves.

Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant, Methodist, Lutheran, Baptist: every tradition brings gifts, and none of us escapes the need for humility. We can take Scripture and theology seriously, hold convictions, ask hard questions, and still love one another in Jesus. Bring discernment, not a script for winning an argument. Then put what you learn to work.

TIME. TREASURE. TALENT.

Good intentions?
Let’s give them a job.

Time, treasure, or talent: choose the causes that matter to you and the part you could play.

You don’t have to give through us to make a difference with us.

Call it tithing, a love offering, charitable giving, or helping a neighbor. What you give, and why, is between you and God. Bridge Builder helps ministries share their work and helps people find a way to respond. Our current ministry-giving links take you directly to the recipient’s official giving destination. We do not process those gifts.

We build the connection. You choose your part. Together, through Christ’s love and kindness, we can help change lives.

TIME

Show up. It counts.

Explore tutoring, spreading awareness, fundraising help, or future trip interest. Each ministry confirms its own needs and arrangements.

TALENT

Put your gifts to work.

Teaching, encouraging, organizing, connecting, or communicating—useful skills can become practical care.

TREASURE

Give where the work happens.

Review the ministry’s own giving options. Current donations are made through its official destination; Bridge Builder does not process the payment.

THE FOUNDATION BENEATH THE BRIDGES

Rooted in Christ.
Open in conversation.

We can hold convictions without holding people at arm’s length. This is where we stand—and where honest questions and careful disagreement can still pull up a chair.

Our statement of faith

We believe that one true God exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and that these, being one God, are equal in deity, power, and glory.
